Although we’re practicing distance learning, life skills remain at the forefront of everything we do. Each day, these skills are included in our student learning plans.

THE LIFE OF A COOKE STUDENT

Our teaching methods focus on helping to develop the whole person! Our students develop a wide range of interests and talents. This person-centered plan is one of the tools that helps our students to identify the many aspects of their lives that make them who they are and positively reinforces how they see themselves.

On Sunday, May 3 at 12PM, Chef Jonah will host a class to teach the technique to mastering Tortilla Española. Jonah will be cooking alongside you in real time. This is a rare and intimate opportunity to cook with one of New York’s most exciting chefs. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go to supporting Huertas employees impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Register here!
